Thank you to all of our homeowners who came to our HOA meeting January 27th. A special Thank you to our new 4 additions to the Board who volunteered to join and were so appointed!!!! Please remember our next Meeting on March 24th is our yearly meeting and election time. Save the Date: March 24th. You will be receiving more information in a mailing . Also - Hara Management is now handling Pool Passes and Keys. Anyone who needs a Pool Pass and/or Pool Key needs to contact Hara Management to get them

The New HOA is reforming this group. So get excited and check for any upcoming events:
We are meeting this Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 to decorate our entrance. Come join us at 9:00 a.m
- Easter Festival
- The 4th of July
- (Not-So-Scary) Halloween
- Christmas
Some activites that have been tossed around are things like having a BBQ out by the pool area, giving awards for best-decorated homes, etc. The sky's the limit; let's get creative!

If anyone is interested in having a gathering in the common area, Please simply send an email to the Board for Approval. Board Member.
We would need to know the Date, Time, Reason, Plan and the information on the Homeowner responsible for any damages or debris.We want all in our community to have fun but for all to stay intact. Many Thanks the HOA Board.

Architectural Changes to Your Home

PLEASE REMEMBER: if you are planning to make an architectural change to your home or property such as buildings, fences, walls, pools, landscaping, house painting, etc, they need to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (a.k.a the ARC) prior to work being commenced.
Please refer to your Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Article V and VI for information on what can and should be approved. Article V section 2 describes the information needed to submit for approval.
