If anyone needs help with anything such as

sprinkler systems
weed control
landscaping
etcetera

contact a board member.
We have several members in our community
who have volunteered to help with these and other items.

The Board would like to extend a very special thank you to
all those who contributed to Country Crossing’s
1st Annual Beautification Weekend last month.

Many took the time to spruce up their own property
and the ARC Committee has received fewer calls since then.

We especially appreciate the donations and hard work around the pool and conservation area. It was great meeting people within
the community and also a lot of fun!

A special thank you to homeowners that promptly corrected
the problems addressed in the letters they received!

A Note Regarding Community Upkeep

The Board of Directors assumed responsibility for the community in November, 2003.
Prior to then, the developer was responsible for the entire community upkeep.

He did not use the funds that were paid in the manner they should have been used,
therefore the Board has inherited a great many problems because of his neglect.
We are working as hard and as fast as we can to correct as many things as possible
with the funds we have available and until our legal issues
with the developer are resolved.
Please be assured action IS being taken.

Also, unfortunately, there are actually quite a number of homeowners
who have NOT paid their dues. This is also being addressed by the Board.

We will keep the homeowners updated via the website as things progress.
Also, everyone is always welcome to attend the
monthly Board meetings as well, to keep up to date.

Please remember that all the Board members are volunteers
and are trying to handle these issues to the best of their abilities.
