Everyone, please take a look at your own property and see what needs to be done.

ANYONE who needs help with anything, contact a Board member.
Please take the time to read your Bylaws on property up-keep.

Hamburgers will be served in the pool area from 11-2 on Saturday – (donated by Mark Duncan- Thank You!).

Donations are needed for buns, condiments, sodas, tables and HELP etc.

Management Company

We are going to continue our relationship with Sentry Management for bookkeeping services and helping with notices to homeowners ONLY. Homeowners should NOT contact Sentry Management any longer, as only the Board will be dealing with them.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The ARC Committee Members are:

Any improvements and/or additions to your property (i.e., fences, pools, house painting, etc) need to be approved by this Committee in advance. All correspondence is confidential.
Improvements covered by this Committee are listed in Articles V and VI of your Bylaws. If in doubt, please contact one of the Committee Members before proceeding.

Other News
Our 1^st Annual Community Garage Sale was a success – thanks to Amber Anderson for her organizational skills.

A BIG thanks to Jeff Anderson who took it upon himself to clean all the playground equipment. It didn’t take long and he had others stopping and pitching in…Great community teamwork!

SAFETY TIP OF THE MONTH: Slow down when driving in the community as our children are at risk. Plus, all sidewalks need to be clear for everyone who walks.
