Friendly Reminders

As we are all concerned about our neighborhood’s well-being, we would like to send out a few reminders. For the respect of our neighbors, and to keep “Country Crossing” looking beautiful and maintained please review your Bylaws that were given to you and your family before closing on your home.

Recently discussed at our past homeowner’s meetings, we would like you to keep the following in mind:

.

  • The speed limit is 30mph, we would like to keep our children safe.
  • All yards and banks should be kept in harmony with the surrounding neighborhood and maintained.
  •  Avoid parking vehicles in the street, residents please use driveways, as this can create a hazard.
  • Storage of trailers, boats, campers, etc. in driveway is prohibited. Please contact a board member if temporary storage is needed.
  •  When walking animals it is required that they be on a leash, please respect your neighbors and pick up after your pets. If a pet becomes a nuisance, eg. excessive barking, the owner of animals must take restrictive measures.
  • As the holidays are near, we want to remind you that decorations, such as lights, should not be left up year round.

Thank you for your support in keeping up our community.  If homeowners are not abiding by the Bylaws, they will receive a violation letter, and if necessary further action will be taken.
