Country Crossing at Spring Ridge,

Board of Directors Annual Meeting

Tuesday, October 26, 2004

 

-Was opened by President Bill Marburger.

 

-The agenda was a review of the year 2003-04.

 

-A settlement in the amount of $42,170.00 has been received from the developer.

 

-We are using Sentry Management for our booking keeping only.

 

-Lights have been installed by the pool.  The electric bill will be $36.00 each month.  A new entry gate has been installed.  There are new signs.  PLEASE read them, and abide by them.  Adult supervision please.

 

-The irrigation system all around the community has been repaired and working well.

 

-The clean up weekend and the community garage sale were successful.

 

-Our new landscaping company is named Dora Landscaping.  They are doing a nice job.

 

-Problems still existing:  The St. John’s River Management will be going after the developer.

 

-A use agreement states that the residents of Adams Homes and Spring Ridge can use our pool and play ground.

 

-The brick entry wall to our community was cleaned.

 

-The basketball hoop was moved for safety reasons.  A new one is in place at a new location.

 

-We will be receiving two coupons from Sentry Management for H.O.A. dues, 2005.  Money is due by January 31st, the first part.  Late fees will kick in after that date.  Amount due is $170.52.  Please mail it in the provided envelope.  We will also be receiving the budget for the year 2005.

 

-The pool will be completely fixed, like new, for the 2005 season.

 

-Still looking for block captains to help hand out flyers.  Call Diana N. at 407-814-7961 to sign up.  A little help will be greatly appreciated.

 

-Leslie R., ARC, spoke about the house market in this community.  Issues must be repaired.  Sellers have been receiving $20,000.00-$30,000.00 profits.

 

-Jerry W. talked about the water damage he incurred, and many others too, because of the storms.  Call you insurance company.  Keep all papers to prove what you do.  Notify FEMA if you do not repair the damage, you will not be able to sell.

 

-Remember our website at:

-Two board members are needed…one three year term and one two year term.  Voting will take place at the next meeting.  Get involved, it’s your community.

 

-A thank you standing ovation was extended to outgoing President Bill and his wife Rose, who will be leaving the community.
