Board of Director's Meeting Minutes, May 4, 2004 

1.  Gate to pool being fixed, new signs posted, please read signs posted at pool. 

2.  Lights to be installed by Progress Energy by pool, cost $300.00. Electric bill will be $30.00 per month. 

3.  Dora Landscaping Co. maintaining community property.

4.  There are 12 liens on homes, 3 with intent to lien.

5.  There is $43,020.65 in HOA account as of March 31st. 

6. It is Illegal to operate motorized scooters under the age of 16.  Police non-emergency no.  407-703-1771. 

8.  Basketball hoop to be moved for safety reasons. 

9.  Please CLEAN UP from your pets after they are walked. 

10.  Yes, we will obtain a meeting facility with handicap access. 

11.  Before changing, adding to your home or property, please contact the A.R.C. 

12.  Diana Noltz and Jerry Wilson will fill the two empty board member positions. 

13.  It is important that everyone maintain one's property. It makes your own place nice, the Neighborhood nice, and is extremely important when selling.

15.  Please read sign by entranceway for July Homeowner’s meeting location.  It will not be at Apopka Elementary School due to the summer break.
