- Accounts with Florida Power-straightened out
- Pool/cabana area estimate $340
- Sentry management to send out notices to unpaid HOA fees; 3rd notice is an intent to foreclose
4. Developer only to pay 6,300 for trees and 1,300 for pool
- Continuing to work with lawyer-Clayton McCullough
5. Adams Homes
- Annex 40 homes in with 2/3 of vote from Homeowners
6. City of Apopka mentioned bringing in Phase 1 of Spring Ridge
- HOA Board did not agree with idea
7. Pool
- Will be shut down until maintained –inspection was on 1/16

- Homeowners can send concerns through e-mail
9. Beautification Weekend
- Scheduled for 3/20 and 3/21
