Please remember: if you are planning to make an architectural change to your home or property such as buildings, fences, walls, pools, landscaping, house painting, etc, they need to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (a.k.a the ARC) prior to work being commenced.

Please refer to your Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Article V and VI for information on what can and should be approved. Article V section 2 describes the information needed to submit for approval.

The Board is looking for enthusiastic homeowners who would like to be responsible for getting everybody on their street to know each other. Block Captains will also help get their neighbors talking about the topics discussed during the monthly Board meetings. We want to form a true community with neighbors helping neighbors; Block Captains will help make this possible.
