In plain English, these are the rules and regulations that govern our HOA; we all should have received this booklet when we moved into our homes. The benefit of downloading it from here is that it's searchable (and you don't have to dust it off )!

If you are making an architectural change to your home or property, please fill out the enclosed application and submit it along with the other necessary items as outlined in our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Article V section 2 describes the information needed to submit for approval. Refer to Article V and VI for information on what can and can not be approved.
