POOL RULES (Updated 5/20/2012) 

Please Note our Pool Rules for eveyone's safty and fun. 1) No children unattended at the Pool. 2) No Food in the Pool Area 3) No Bikes, Skateboards or Roller Blades in the Pool Area 4) MUST use a key to enter and exit 5) Please use common sense and courtesy when using the pool. Remember the Pool belongs to the active HOA due paying members and should be respected. Many thanks!

Common Area Events or Gatherings (Updated 5/23/2011)

If anyone is interested in having a gathering in the common area, Please simply send an email to the Board for Approval. Board Member.

We would need to know the Date, Time, Reason, Plan and the information on the Homeowner responsible for any damages or debris.We want all in our community to have fun but for all to stay intact. Many Thanks the HOA Board.

Architectural Changes to Your Home (Updated 5/23/2011)

PLEASE REMEMBER: if you are planning to make an architectural change to your home or property such as buildings, fences, walls, pools, landscaping, house painting, etc, they need to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (a.k.a the ARC) prior to work being commenced.

Please refer to your Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Article V and VI for information on what can and should be approved. Article V section 2 describes the information needed to submit for approval.
